Paul Misleh, cfa, cpa
Paul spent nine years at Ernst & Young focusing on financial statement investigation and business valuation (auditing and financial due diligence) and Big Data/Advanced Analytics. Paul's audit work was primarily for large US based companies (including IPOs, spin-offs and other transactions). His work in financial due diligence was focused on assisting major private equity firms in their valuation of businesses based on recurring "owner's earnings".
He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of San Diego.
Mike Boroughs, CFA, CPA
Mike worked for 3 years at Ernst & Young LLP where he earned his CPA designation and audited the financial statements of multiple billion dollar corporations across varying industries. After leaving Ernst & Young, Mike went to work for Summit Capital Group where he helped make investment decisions for two $75 million hedge fund portfolios. Spinning off from Summit Capital in 2012, Mike was part of launching Glacier Peak Capital, a registered investment advisor, where he was an Assistant Portfolio Manager overseeing approximately $190 million in assets across two discretionary hedge funds. In 2014, Mike left Glacier Peak Capital and partnered with Paul Misleh to launch Fortis Capital Management, an affiliate of Fortis Accounting Solutions.
He graduated as Valedictorian from University of San Diego.
Before joining the team at Fortis, Addison spent time as an Accounting Associate at Coldstream Wealth Management. While at Coldstream, Addison primarily worked as a fund accountant to complete the financial reporting and performance reporting for various investment products including a hedge fund and real estate mortgage fund. Prior to working at Coldstream, he spent time in a variety of industries including financial planning and commercial mortgage lending.
He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Seattle Pacific University.
